Dance yourself into shape! With this week-long program, you get to dance together with the Finnish 10-dance champions! The course is completely FREE and does not bind you to anything! You get to dance many different dances and improve your fitness while enjoying the dance movement and great dance music! The week includes 5 exercises. Each exercise lasts 20 - 30 minutes. 4 exercises include dancing, which will raise your heart rate and increase your basic fitness. The exercises end with a muscle fitness section. Within the week, you will get muscle fitness exercises: -Leg muscles -Core body -Pectoral muscles -Upper back The last exercise of the week is stretching and mobility. You get to restore your body from the previous week's exercises, increase your body's mobility and reduce muscle tension. Come dance with us, improve your fitness and strengthen your muscles!
